Shipping
We ship across the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and most arrive within 3–5 business days after that. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Local pickup
San Antonio? Choose local pickup at checkout and grab your order from the boutique — free, usually ready within 24 hours. We’ll email you when it’s ready.

Returns & exchanges
We want you to love it. Unworn items with original tags may be returned for store credit within 15 days of delivery. To start, email mschieviousbtq@gmail.com with your order number — returns must be approved before sending.

A few notes: all approved returns are issued as store credit (it never expires) — we do not refund to the original payment method. Sale items, gift cards, and accessories (including luxury handbags, sunglasses, and jewelry) are final sale. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — and local pickup orders can always be returned in person at the boutique, free.
